The Celtic Knot
When the Celts would make a knot, it would generally be made from a single piece of thread symbolizing a path.
That is the path of life and the goal is to reach the center where one can achieve the highest degree of spirituality. Without a beginning or end, the intertwined lines make up eternal love and the coming together of two souls.
