The Malbon
The Malbon plays a significant part in the agricultural cycle. It becomes dominant at the end of the fertile period of the annual harvest.
At this time of year, the Celts gathered to thank the gods for their loyalty to humans and for their generous gifts and help. With this symbol, they showed their gratitude for the rich soil and fertile fields. This part of the cycle would end with the fall harvest.
