Celtic Stencils by Co Spinhoven
The stencils in this series are the work of Dutch artist Co Spinhoven from a public domain book titled “Celtic Stencil Designs.” The artist drew his inspiration from the “Book of Kells” and made his art available for artists and craftspeople to use.
